Robin J. Leamy
President & Founder, LRG, Inc.
Robin J. Leamy is the founding Principal for Leamy Realty Group Inc. (LRG) and brings 25 years of corporate representation experience to his clients’ benefit. Commencing his real estate career with The Grubb & Ellis Company, Robin successfully represented some of the nation’s largest property owners. Subsequently, he joined Langdon Rieder Corporation, a firm specializing in providing tenant real estate services. As a top advisor, Robin played an integral role in building the firm into one of the top Real Estate Corporate Service groups nationally, with the firm subsequently being purchased by CBRE. Following the sale, and just prior to founding LRG, Robin worked with Mohr Partners as the Managing Partner for California, servicing a national footprint for ten years.
Robin has represented hundreds of corporate clients, including Rabobank N.A., BevMo!, Cost Plus World Market, Oakley, Lennar Corporation, Level 3 Communications, Old Republic Title Company, Bank of the West, JM Manufacturing, Stantec Engineering, and NEC Electronics. Robin's strength is the integration of the Corporate Master Strategy into a practical Real Estate Plan.
Robin received a degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. As an undergraduate, Robin captained the swim team to a national championship. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued an athletic career that culminated in an Olympic Gold Medal. Following the Games, he received his Masters of Business Administration degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

James P. Leahy
Principal
James P. Leahy is a founding member of Leamy Realty Group (LRG). Following four years of working in complex real estate litigation with a prominent law firm in San Francisco, James joined Mohr Partners in 2006 to transition into transactional and strategic real estate decision making. In Business Development and Corporate Account Management, James differentiated himself with a portfolio approach to corporate real estate services. In 2010, James joined Robin in founding LRG to provide strategic input, direction and execution for complex headquarters and portfolio operations. At LRG, James is responsible for setting up client teams, as well as the process and procedures for each client and project.
A graduate of Princeton University and former Captain of the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team, James now resides in Saint Helena, CA with his wife, Elizabeth, and their English Labrador Retriever. In addition to LRG, James also serves as proprietor of a small family vineyard and winery, and is the President of the Spring Mountain District Association appellation in the Napa Valley.

Greg Thurman
Project & Construction Management
Greg Thurman has 30+ years of experience planning and building high rise, mid-rise, industrical/distribution centers, and corporate campus environments. This role entails all aspects of building entitlements, design, project and construction management and sustainable practices. Greg also provides consulting to corporations, real estate developers, tenants, investors and high net worth individuals. Greg's expertise identifing the goals of the client and assembling a multi-disciplenary team to successfully meet and exceed the goals.

Beth Hutson
Coordinator
Beth is a key member of the Leamy Realty Group team, performing a wide range of duties such as project management, bid documentation review and analysis, contract review, budget and data management/analysis, prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports, vendor / subcontractor coordination, develop and track project schedules. Manage and coordinate project team members such as architect, engineers, contractors and FFE sub consultants.
